CTDI Europe uses a huge number of different network technologies, depending on which application is required. Our systems are equipped with interfaces to numerous different customer systems, in line with the customers’ requirements.

24/7 Technical support

We are committed to providing high-quality technical support to the end customer. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. Our technical support is available around the clock: during business hours, via our in-house call center, and at night, via our standby service team.

Electronic Tracking and Ordering System

CTDI’s robust and customizable warehouse management system, OLP+, captures all critical asset data to the serial level and provides visibility to all inventories and reporting via ETOS, our web-based business intelligence application.
ETOS enables our customers complete visibility to all order and inventory activity via customizable, web-based, reporting.

CTDI - Global Engineering, Repair & Logistics

We support our customers in planning, configuring, modernizing, maintaining and de-building their technology and networks. We also take over the distribution or the after-sales service for their products.
