Customized projects

Stefan Leibeling works within the Network Deployment Services (NDS) Area at the Nörten-Hardenberg branch. For almost two years he has been responsible for several customer configuration programs as the Operational Program Manager (OPM). “My tasks include reporting data and KPIs to the customers and developing new ideas for the optimization of existing projects.” The OPM position provides a lot of variety: “Especially in the NDS business, we frequently receive new customer inquiries for individual processes and products concerning rack construction and rack design. It’s my task to check out how we can meet these customer requirements on time and efficiently in order to implement the new processes.” Stefan enjoys being at CTDI a lot: “The working atmosphere is awesome, and there’s a great demonstration of team spirit here. Our customers are incredibly friendly which, of course, makes the work even more pleasant.” Since July 2018, Stefan has also been supervising the Order Management Team, a new task for him: “In addition to my work as OPM I’m now also responsible for managing and optimizing employee assignment and for cost management in this department. Moreover, I make sure that customer requirements are being met and that employees are motivated and developed. I’m really looking forward to tackling this new challenge and I’m wondering what the future will bring. CTDI is an innovative company that is constantly evolving and I’m happy to pitch in!"
