Dieter Hollenbach
Chief Executive Officer
Since July 2005, Dieter Hollenbach is the Chief Executive Officer of CTDI Europe. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer, in charge of finance, controlling, personnel, facility management, purchasing and quality management at CTDI Europe. For three years, he was a member of the Management Board of the Deutsche Telekom Schwäbisch Hall branch office and was in charge of finance, controlling and purchasing. Since 2008, Dieter Hollenbach is a member of the executive circle of the CTDI group in West Chester, USA.
Marcus Lemke
Chief Financial Officer
Marcus Lemke has been Chief Financial Officer of CTDI Europe since September 2024 and is responsible for finance and legal affairs. Previously, he was responsible for the Treasury division as Director Corporate Treasury for many years and was most recently also responsible for Corporate Accounting and Financial Controlling.
Thomas Smolne
Chief Operating Officer
Since October 2019, Thomas Smolne is the Chief Operating Officer of CTDI Europe, in charge of Corporate Operations and Quality Management. Before that Thomas held several senior management roles within CTDI Europe including Managing Director roles in several branches across Europe. For six years, he was leading a Germany-wide field force organization of an international OEM for telecommunications equipment. Before that, for three years, he headed several production departments for telecommunications equipment.
David Burt
Chief Strategic Officer
Since 2005, David Burt is in the Management Board of CTDI Europe as the Chief Strategic Officer (CSO). In addition, David has a global role as Vice President International and is responsible for establishing CTDI's presence in key areas around the globe, developing and diversifying CTDI's capabilities to serve global customers, and attain profitability goals. Before, David held numerous management positions within CTDI. In 1992, he served as Branch Manager for our Milton Keynes, United Kingdom operation. After three years, David returned to headquarters and was appointed Director of Wireless Services in West Chester in 1999. In 2000, CTDI entered into a joint venture with Deutsche Telekom to form CTDI Nethouse Services (now CTDI Europe) and David was appointed CEO of CTDI Europe in 2002.
